I wonder...

The state of Delaware is moving to make blowing through tolls without paying a felony for repeat offenders. Tally up over $1000 in fines and you are charged with "Felony Theft of Services."

So if a prostitute gets raped in Nevada (where prostitution is legal) does that mean that the assailant can be charged with assault and felony theft of services? I think it should...of course, I also think he should have his privates ripped off, but that's me.
