V is for Victory

Okay, partial victory.

I came in this morning fairly sure I knew what was wrong with our internet. After 45 minutes on the phone with the lovely Patricia from Verizon we reset the modem, got on the internet and made Ardia's wireless device admit that the connection existed.

As for the network...Ardia's computer can see mine, but that's the extent of it. So I've given up and asked Steve to come in tomorrow and fix it, since he created it in the first place.
