Feeling Small
On cold nights when I find myself snuggled up in a blanket on the couch I often wish I was curled up in strong arms. It is nights like this that I feel small, though I am not. My sleeves seem long, my voice seems small and my eyes feel wide as a child's on christmas morning.
Where most days I feel like Pooh, a bear of little brain but a large heart and keen philosophy of life, there are times I feel like Piglet: Small and a little frightened by the world. I think Piglet sums up my "feeling small" the best.
