Update

Connie is home and everything is sore except from her knees down...at least she got the yogurt out of her hair. All I'm going to say is "Seat belts kids, they're important."

The car is totaled, but she walked away and that is the important part. The woman who hit her was going way too fast and according to witnesses there was no way Connie could have seen the woman. She was going so fast that she went airborn right after hitting Connie, flipped on to the roof of the car and skidded to a stop. Connie slid into another car which was all that kept her wheels on the ground. All she remembers is starting to make the turn, then a woman at the passenger side of her car telling her not to move because she was bleeding.

Thank God for seat belts and airbags.
